If I could give a 0 I would...Leigh Ballen is an incompetent and ignorant employee. As I witnessed a rather distressing call, he was rude and obviously annoyed. He was very unprofessional throughout the duration of the call. He was making smarta** comments and swearing. I recommend if you go through with this company, request to not work with him. As I have worked hard throughout my career, he has the audacity to say and I quote, "Priscilla doesn't know anything"... If anyone read this, I feel sorry if you get him to look at your property...

I've worked with Chicago Hard Money and Bridge Loans for approximately seven years. Leigh is great! Working with them is much faster and more responsive than working with traditional banks. At any given time we've had between one and three deals open with CHM&BL. They have common sense when evaluating potential loans.
